Signature Coffee wants you to be 100% satisfied with your coffee order. If not, please reach out to us for help. Call or email us and we'll do whatever we can to make it right...

ITEM DAMAGED IN TRANSIT - If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Take a picture of the damaged product and/or shipping box. We’ll send a replacement order immediately and contact you with directions on how to send us your photos so can submit a claim with the shipping partner.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE - If the carrier shows proof of delivery to your address, then there is nothing we can do.

ERROR IN COFFEE ORDER - Oops, did we send you the wrong item, or did we grind or not grind it appropriately? Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and we’ll correct the issue as soon as we possibly can.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE  - You have 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund or exchange.

THE QUALITY OF THE COFFEE -  We want you to love our coffee as much as we do.  If not, we’re here to help you select just the right coffee for you. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 days to make an exchange from the date you received it. You must return the item in its original packaging. Shipping charges to and from our roastery are non-refundable.
