Blond Roast

Thank you Starbucks for coining the term 'blond roast' and bringing attention to the lighter roasts. We recognized that lighter roasts create a sweeter and smoother flavor long ago, but called it a Vienna Roast. This organic and fair trade Blond Roast is roasted to order for that fresh blonde taste. 

Interesting Note. 'Blond' is used for the masculine, and 'Blonde' for the feminine. In Spanish, café, the word for coffee is masculine, but we prefer to think of coffee as feminine...
