This coffee is produced by more than 1,500 Comsa cooperative members who live in harmony with the land and includes a biodynamic demonstration farm. Here, members can attend week-long seminars on using organic matter to cultivate high-quality coffee. COMSA also dedicates significant funding from the proceeds of coffee sales to run a cutting-edge international school dedicated to filling children’s minds with possibilities and training them to be future leaders of their cooperative. This organic, fair trade medium roast is mild and creamy.
